Enjoy the space while you can.
Pretty soon you'll find another hobby/interest that will fill up the remaining space along with the accumulated bits and pieces of electronics gear that you'll drag home because "that'll come in handy one day" dictates that you grab it and sequester it away in you 'Shack'.
I'm sure I have a BNC to .357 Magnum adaptor here somewhere...........
And if not, I can soon build one.................
